Every rental car is four-wheel drive, which helps on snowy roads in winter.
Delivered to where you stay
We deliver across Nagano Prefecture, including Hakuba, Shiga Kogen, Nozawa Onsen, Karuizawa and Matsumoto. For individual customers, delivery is charged by distance and quoted in advance.
Rentals are from one week. We do not offer rentals of one to a few days.

Commercial van: ¥28,500 per week, ¥76,500 per month. Large van (Hiace): ¥48,500 per week, ¥118,500 per month. A collision damage waiver (CDW) is required in addition, at ¥20,000 per month. Fuel is paid by the customer.
Driving in winter
4WD on every car
All of our rental cars are 4WD.
Winter tyres at a flat fee
This winter, studless winter tyres are ¥20,000 per rental, however many months you rent. This applies to rentals starting from November to March.
Ski season stays
We have received requests from guests staying for the ski season in Hakuba and Yamanouchi (Shiga Kogen), including for a 4WD car that fits ski gear.
Documents for overseas visitors
A licence valid in Japan
Either an International Driving Permit issued under the 1949 Geneva Convention, together with your home licence, or a licence from Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Monaco or Taiwan with an official Japanese translation.
Your passport
Please have it with you when the car is handed over. We check it together with your licence.
Payment
Credit card or bank transfer, the same as for customers in Japan.
An International Driving Permit, or a licence with an official Japanese translation, can be used for up to one year from the date you enter Japan, and only while the licence itself is valid. Permits issued under other conventions (such as the 1968 Vienna Convention) cannot be used in Japan. Rules differ by country, so please check which document applies to you before booking. Extending, returning early, and delivery to Tokyo
Extend your rental
You can extend your rental, depending on availability. Please tell us a few days before the return date.
Return early
You can return the car before the end of the contract with no cancellation fee. Unused days are not refunded.
Delivery to Tokyo
We can also deliver to and collect from Tokyo for ¥55,000 per trip (tax included). See the Tokyo Delivery Pack page.
