We deliver to your hotel, lodge or apartment in Nozawa Onsen or Iiyama, and collect the car when you leave. For individual customers, the delivery and collection fee depends on distance. We include it in your quote, so you know the total before you book.

Before you book
- The village has narrow streets and limited parking. Please check parking with your accommodation first.
- Every car is 4WD. Winter tyres are a flat ¥20,000 this winter.
- You can extend by the month, or return early with no cancellation fee (unused days are not refunded).

Q. Can you deliver a car to my accommodation in Nozawa Onsen?
Yes. We deliver to hotels, lodges and apartments in Nozawa Onsen and Iiyama, and collect the car at the end of your stay. For individual customers, the fee depends on distance and is included in your quote.
Q. Is there parking at my accommodation?
The village has narrow streets and limited parking, so please check with your accommodation before you book. Tell us the address and we will plan the handover with you.
Q. What is the shortest rental?
One week. We do not offer rentals of one to a few days.
Q. Which licence do I need?
An International Driving Permit issued under the 1949 Geneva Convention with your home licence, or a licence from Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Monaco or Taiwan with an official Japanese translation. Read our licence guide.
Q. Do the cars have winter tyres?
Every car is 4WD. This winter, winter tyres cost a flat ¥20,000 however many months you rent, for rentals starting 1 November 2026 to 31 March 2027.
