Renting for one week or longer
We specialise in long-term rentals. Monthly rates are lower than major rental chains.

Charged in addition to the car rental fee, for bringing the car to Tokyo and collecting it.

The delivery fee includes expressway tolls, fuel and our staff’s travel costs. It does not include the car rental fee or the collision damage waiver (CDW), which are charged separately.

CDW and options such as winter tyres are extra. We will quote the full amount for your dates and car.
Documents for overseas visitors
A licence valid in Japan
Either an International Driving Permit issued under the 1949 Geneva Convention, together with your home licence, or a licence from Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Monaco or Taiwan with an official Japanese translation.
Your passport
Please have it with you when the car is handed over. We check it together with your licence.
Payment
Credit card or bank transfer, the same as for customers in Japan.

Delivery and pickup take place during business hours, 9:00 to 18:00 Japan time.

Questions and answers
Can I rent a car for ¥55,000?
No. ¥55,000 is the delivery fee for one trip to or from Tokyo. The car rental fee is charged separately. Tolls, fuel and staff travel for the delivery are included in the delivery fee.
Can I use delivery only, or pickup only?
Yes. The delivery fee for one trip is ¥55,000 (tax included). For example, you can receive the car in Tokyo and return it at our office in Suwa, Nagano.
I am visiting in winter. Can I get winter tyres?
Yes. This winter, studless winter tyres are a flat ¥20,000 per rental, however many months you rent.
Do you speak English?
Our staff work in Japanese. You are welcome to write to us in English through our web form or LINE. We reply in Japanese, so please use a translation tool to read our reply. Phone support is in Japanese only.
